Privacy Policy

Last updated 1 September 2026. What Psychic Rewards collects, why, who else sees it, and how to have it deleted. The rules for using the Service itself are in our Terms of Service.

1. About this policy

This policy explains what the operator of Psychic Rewards(“we”, “us”) does with your data when you use the Psychic Rewards app or this website, and what you can ask us to do about it. It sits alongside our Terms of Service.

Psychic Rewards is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, email us and we will delete it.

2. What we collect

What you give us.Your display name and email address; a password, which we store only as a salted hash and never in readable form; a profile picture, if you upload one; a referral code, if you enter someone else’s; and the details an offer asks for when you redeem — for example a payout ID or a game ID. Anything you write to us by email is kept with that conversation.

What your activity generates. Your coin balance and activity history; rewarded ad records, including which ad unit paid, the impression revenue reported to us, and the coins credited; spin, mission, and survey results; your orders and their status; and your referral relationships and the commission they generate.

What we collect automatically. Your IP address, which we use to work out which country you are in and to detect abuse; your device type, operating system, and app version; and, for link missions, the referring page and a hashed form of your IP address — the raw address is not stored on the mission record.

We do not ask for your date of birth, gender, phone number, precise location, contacts, or payment card details, and the app does not request location or contacts permissions.

3. Why we use it

  • To run your account — signing you in, verifying your email with a one-time code, showing your wallet, and keeping your history.
  • To pay you coins — matching ad impressions, spins, missions, surveys, and referrals to the right account and crediting them correctly.
  • To fulfil redemptions — processing orders and passing the delivery details you entered to whoever issues the reward.
  • To decide what to show you — offers, surveys, and spin rewards differ by country, which we determine from your IP address.
  • To detect fraud— spotting duplicate accounts, emulators, automated traffic, and invalid ad activity. This is the main reason we keep technical signals at all, and it protects honest users’ payouts.
  • To contact you — verification codes, account notices, and replies to your support emails.
  • To meet legal obligations and to resolve disputes.

Where the law requires a legal basis, ours is the performance of our contract with you (running the Service and paying rewards), our legitimate interests (fraud prevention, security, and improving the Service), your consent where you gave it, and compliance with the law.

4. Advertising and surveys

The Service is paid for by advertising. Our ad partner’s SDK runs inside the app and collects its own data — including your device’s advertising identifier, IP address, and how you interact with ads — to select ads, measure them, and detect invalid traffic. That collection is governed by the partner’s own privacy policy, not this one.

On Android you can limit this from your device: Settings → Google → Ads lets you delete or reset your advertising ID and opt out of ad personalisation. Doing so does not stop ads or stop you earning; it makes them less targeted, which usually means they pay a little less.

Surveys and offerwalls are run by third parties. When you open one you leave our environment: your answers, and anything the survey asks you, go to that provider under their policy. We receive only whether you qualified and completed, and what it pays.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s independent marketing. We share what is necessary with the partners that make the Service work:

PartnerRoleWhat they get
Unity LevelPlay (ironSource)Ad mediation and rewarded videoDevice and advertising identifiers, IP address, and ad interaction data, collected by their SDK inside the app. They report impression revenue back to us.
AdGemOfferwallA pseudonymous user ID and IP address, so completions can be credited back to the right account.
CPX ResearchSurveysA pseudonymous user ID, your IP address, and a signed hash. Any answers you give belong to the survey and go to them, not to us.
TheoremReachSurveysA pseudonymous user ID, and survey responses that go to them rather than to us.
GoogleSign-In and app distributionIf you use Google Sign-In, Google confirms your name, email address, and profile picture to us. We do not receive your Google password.
Link shortenersLink missionsFollowing a mission link takes you through a third-party shortener that sets its own cookies and sees your IP and browser.
Cloudflare R2, MongoDB Atlas, and our email providerHosting, database, and transactional emailThey store or transmit data on our behalf, under contract, and do not use it for themselves.

We may also disclose data where the law requires it, to enforce our Terms, to protect against fraud or harm, or as part of a merger or sale of the Service — in which case we will say so before your data moves.

6. Cookies and local storage

This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies. It sets two things, both first-party:

  • A mission session cookie. Set when the app hands you off to a link mission, so we can recognise you when you land back here. It is HttpOnly — page scripts cannot read it — and it expires after 30 minutes.
  • A theme preference.Stored in your browser’s local storage so the site remembers light or dark mode. It never leaves your device.

The shortener you pass through during a link mission is a different site and sets its own cookies, which we neither control nor read.

7. How long we keep it

  • Account data — for as long as your account exists, and then as described in section 9.
  • Activity history — individual wallet entries are deleted after 45 days. Your balance and lifetime totals are separate figures and are unaffected.
  • Orders — kept while the account exists, because they are the record of what you redeemed.
  • One-time codes — deleted automatically when they expire, minutes after being sent.
  • Fraud and ad-revenue records — kept for as long as needed to reconcile payouts and defend against abuse, then deleted or aggregated.

8. How we protect it

Traffic between the app, this website, and our servers is encrypted in transit. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes, session tokens are signed, the mission cookie is HttpOnly, and IP addresses on mission records are hashed rather than stored. Access to production data is limited to those who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — use a password you do not reuse elsewhere, and tell us if something looks wrong on your account.

9. Your choices and rights

You can, at any time:

  • See and correct your details — your name and profile picture are editable in the app; your wallet and order history are visible there too.
  • Ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct something we hold that is wrong.
  • Delete your account. Email manan@psychic.in.net from the address you signed up with. We confirm you own the account and delete it, and the data associated with it, within 30 days. Deletion is permanent, and any coins on the account are forfeited.
  • Reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings, as described in section 4.

Depending on where you live you may have further rights — to object to or restrict certain processing, to portability, or to complain to your data protection authority. Write to us and we will honour them so far as the law that applies to you provides. We do not charge for this and will not treat you differently for asking.

Some data survives deletion where we are required to keep it — for example records needed to resolve a payment dispute or to stop a banned account from simply signing up again.

10. Where your data is processed

We are based in India, and our service providers operate infrastructure in India and elsewhere, including the United States and the European Union. Using the Service means your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where that happens, we rely on the contractual protections our providers offer for such transfers.

11. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when the Service changes — a new ad or survey partner, a new feature, or a change in what we keep. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and we will give notice in the app or by email before a material change takes effect.

12. Contact us

For any privacy question, request, or complaint — including data access and deletion — email manan@psychic.in.net, which also reaches the person responsible for grievances under Indian data protection law. Include the email address on your account so we can find it. We aim to reply within 30 days.

Plain-English summary, which is not part of the policy: we hold your account, your coins, and enough technical detail to tell real activity from fraud. Ads and surveys are run by partners who collect their own data. We do not sell your data, and you can have your account deleted by emailing us.
