Once every 24 hours. The wheel unlocks again exactly a day after your last spin, and the app shows you the countdown.
What happens after I redeem my coins?
The coins leave your balance straight away and the order goes into your activity feed as pending. We fulfil it by hand and mark it complete, with any code or confirmation attached to the order. If we can't fulfil it, the order is marked failed and every coin is refunded to your balance.
What can I redeem my coins for?
Coins can be redeemed for gift cards and offers from the rewards catalog, on the website or in the app. The catalog varies by country and new offers are added regularly.
